OK I'm writing a report sort of. in classifying phenomena in high voltage Engr..can they classified as e.g lightening phenomena, dielectric phenomena, breakdown phenomena or is it a different thing entirely. Basically the question says to write a report on phenomena encountered in high voltage engineering..I'm confused as to the specifics as that's quite a lot..any contribution is welcome please.
