How best can students really prepare for post-UME screening, given the  fact,  that most universities don't make their post-UME screening questions available to students after the examination, particularly schools that have adopted electronic testing & assessment?

Do students really have any materials to benchmark themselves with the nature and type of questions before the exams?

Well most schools dont make there past questions available. I think though that knowledge of past question only contribute 30% to your preparation. This assertion is based on a survey I have conducted with university of Benin post ume candidates.

Apart from past question, the exam most time is to test your speed and acuracy so if you are the smart type, you can have your way without breaking a sweat.
