Man sentenced to prison for one month or an option of a fine for allegedly stealing N200 A Nigerian man has been sentenced to one month at the Federal Prisons, Ilorin, Kwara State, for allegedly stealing N200 from a woman’s bag. He was arrested on May 7 by a member of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Kwara State who said that the man pretended to be a customer and entered his wife's shop and stole N200 inside her bag. The court convicted the man, saying that the he was guilty of the offence since he failed to show the court reasonable cause why the law should not take its course on the matter.
