A friend of mine who has been searching for job for a while now suddenly God pick his call dis month he got an appointment letter for primary school teaching job with the state Govt few days after the was also picked for lastma....... Now he is a bit confused because he don't know which one to choose among the two, mind you they are both level 8 the same salary........ pls help with professional advice for him not to make the wrong choice......

Consider the following:
Will Lastma be there forever? Is it a strong institution like Education?

What is your passion? If you love kids, the school is better. Lastma too is good if you love arresting both innocent & guilty drivers.
