Migrating Back To GLO Bis... by Joel3(m): 10:15pm On Mar 27, 2016
hello,

I am one of those who left glo for airtel due to glo Bis increments from N1000 to N1500. no doubt airtel network is very fast at times. but its not stable. there are some times it will not connect when you really need to do something urgent online. glo is not very fast at times but its very stable, no matter what you still will be able to do whatever you wanna do online.

I heard that glo has a Bis for N1000 at about 1.5gb. I wouldn't mind to use that cause I don't use upto 2gb from my previous 3gb.

any help from someone who use it? does it really work?

thanks

1k for 1.5gb is not a bis, It is a data bundle. My sister uses it and its pretty nice. (For people that don't want to change imei or aren't heavy users)

Another upside to it is that you can add additional MB to the existing MB at an even cheaper price (500 for 1GB).

Nope it doesn't. They call is data booster. But it's really great. The likes of Empty Hen will never give you such.

Nope, it doesn't. if you have 17days left with like 200mb remaining, you can decide to add 500mb making it 700mb to expire after the initial 17days ..

but validity of the additional 1GB is within the initial expiration of the initial sub.

To Sub:
Dial *777# >> 1.Data Services >> 1.Buy Data >> 2. Monthly Plans >> then you choose the plan you want ..

To Boost:
Dial *777# >> 1.Data Services >> 1.Buy Data >> 6.Data Booster >> Then you choose the package you want ..

Yes. It's only on a specific data plan called 'GLO BUMPA'. The code to enter the plan is *100*10*1#

I think I am confused here oh. which one is N1000 for 2gb and N1000 for 1.5gb.

which one is Bis and which one is normal package.

which one still work at the moment and which one has been discontinue.

which one is better and which one should I use.

and all the codes separately.

The 1000 for 2gb has been discontinued, meaning it has been taking down by the network provider (Glo), i'm thinking it got replacedor with this 1000 for 1.5gb ..

Bis is Blackberry Internet Service which is normally for only blackberry devices but with a lil bit of imei tweaking you can get it to work on android, while The normal data bundle works without imei tweaking ..

1000 for 2gb - Discontinued ..
1000 for 1.5gb - Still Working ..

Bis - 1400 for 3gb ..
Data Bundle - 1000 for 1.5gb ..
You choose the one you like ..

Codes to subscribe for the data bundle is already on the thread ..
To subscribe for the bis send 'Comonth' to 777 ..

Hope i answered all your questions ?

Yeah, Windows, iPhone, Android etc It powers all ..

The 1gb for 500 isn't a data bundle, it is just used to supplement/boost an existing data you have, so you first have to do the one of 1000 for 1.5gb ..

Code is already on the thread ..
