Should Siasia Continue As Super Coach Or Do We Hire A Foreign Coach?? by Nobody: 9:24pm On Mar 29, 2016
After losing out of the race to Gabon 2017, should Siasia Continue As Super Eagles Coach as we gear up to pick up one of Africa's slot to the world cup Mundial in Russia 2018.

Do you think Samson Siasia has what it takes to tinker the Super Eagles to Qualify for the Mundial In Russia 2018?? .

Is Samson Siasia the coach we have been waiting for or do we look else where for another.

He should go back to his U23....he's a perennial failure in Senior football.

Soon, he'll start bickering like Oliseh and Keshi after NFF fail to pay him as usual. We're playing tough teams for the WCQ, we don't need a specialist in failure coaching us with his horrendous line-up.

NFF can get a foreign coach or even give the job back to Amodu....siasia is not and will never be a senior team coach

I think tension is too high for me to answer this question

Re: Should Siasia Continue As Super Coach Or Do We Hire A Foreign Coach?? by TheSuperNerd(m): 10:16pm On Mar 29, 2016
Why you dey ask this kain question naa??

I'm pained. I'm angry every time a coach has the right players to achieve something and he just blows it due to silly team selection and some tactical ineptitude!!!!!!!

Manu Garba did it @ New Zealand 2015.

Now Siasia did it today.

Oliseh also did it. Keshi (towards the end of his era) did it.

Abeg... Siasia should just stick to the U-23 even beyond Rio..... even ahead of the 2020 Olympics.

The Super Eagles deserve the best... A coach who's tactically sound and unafraid to field Top on-form super talents over some experienced dudes, a coach who won't be sentimental, a coach who knows how to utilise the talents at our disposal at senior level.

We need a coach who has good traits of Guardiola's football genius, dare and risk-taking (just watch that game against Juventus UCL R-of-16 2nd leg), good traits of Rinus Michels' Tactical genius, good traits of Bruno metsu's motivational/inspirational ability as manager, good traits of Westerhof's well-channelled radicality, good traits of Ancelloti's calm demeanor approach, and more.

We are tired of being referred to as that national team with so much top talents but no "real coach" to handle us...... This is coming from the bottom of the atria and ventricles of my heart.....

#Team(Good/excellent)ForeignCoaches and not just some foreigner in white skin with funny accents

#TeamLocalCoachesWhoWillRiseAndBeDifferentFromAllOthers_IprayOOO

#TeamExcellenceAsAlways

Let Siasia remain with the U-23.

Manu's silly mistakes still come to mind as always but let him grow through the U-17s/U-20s.

It's ONLY AMUNEKE WHO'S YET TO "SOIL" HIS RISING REPUTATION AS COACH TACTICAL-WISE.

Let's watch him with the U-20s. If.... If... And only if Amuneke grows through the U-20s and U-23s and still shows enough signs of being up there with the best of tacticians, then I see him as Super Eagles future head coach. BUT WE HAD THE SAME HIGH HOPES FOR SIASIA AND MANU GARBA. Time will tell but we can't afford another mishap.

ABEG.... GIVE SUPER EAGLES THE BEST. THIS IS SO PAINFUL...

#IStillBelieveInTheSuperEaglesAsAlways

But I've lost some good amount of faith in local coaches. The little I have left, I guard strongly to maintain sanity in my posts on the battle of who we should go for.... Foreign vs local AND also in matters of football on the local scene.

We deserve the best.... *drops mic*

*picks up mic again* One last thing folks.....

SACK THE HELL OUTTA THIS NFF.... SCOURGE THAT BODY AND REBRAND IT. THEY SIT RIGHT AT THE CENTRE OF OUR PRESENT FOOTBALL WOES......... Football's "Kaduna Nzeogwu-act" loading

**Drops mic with a bang**

We are not yet ready to rise from the pit of failure. The corruption out weighs the efforts to grow.

Let Coach Siasia stay so he can learn from his mistakes. If we sack him, the new coach will start over with fresh mistakes.

You can bicker about Kaduna's hot sun and its bad pitch and how it played a huge part in our inability to get all 3 points in the first game all you want. You can
bicker about our very poor defence (in all honesty they are poor, but not the worst out there);
But to me the main reason why we fail to take at least 3 points over the 2 legs was Siasia's very very poor team selection, especially in Alexandria.
Gosh, how the hell will any sane coach leave out 2 EXTREMELY talented youngsters in a must win match.
Iwobi, Iheanacho, Echiejile all needed to have started that game.
Siasia is not good enough; I genuinely hate to say that.
Swap these sets of players (i.e Hector Cuper to coach our boys and Siasia theirs) and this wouldn't even be a contest.

which mess? The mess cleaner is Amodu, Siasia just adds to the mess.

Play Fernando, Iheanacho or Iwobi as starters, no. Na Aminu e see. He adds to th problem, he has never been good with senior teams both internationally and in clubs and he never will be

all I'm saying

The problem is not and has never been players, but coaches. Does the Egyptian team have better players than us? Does Leicester have better players than Arsenal? The coaches and administration is the problem, not playes

No serious foreign coach will work in Nigeria for now. Do we even have enough forex to pay any foreign coach now? And who is that coach that will want to be owed for months?

Siasia may have made mistakes but the truth is we may have to stick with him for now.

The main man to leave now is the silly NFF chairman.

Leaving Siasia @ the helms ain't a problem but history tells us that Nigeria coaches don't learn from their mistakes, de don't even learn from others mistakes too.
I CALL THIS 'ARROGANCE AND Stubborness'

Note: Nigeria WILL play one of the Africa football power(Egypt, Ghana, Ivory coast, Algeria Cape verd or Morocco) enroute to Russia 2018. We can't afford to miss that one too. So a drastic action needs to be taken by employing competent hands.

Nigerian coaches are way too arrogant with little or no technical know how. Tell me why Siasia left Iwobi, iheanacho and co on the bench? They will stay on the touchline and watch players turn with the ball aimlessly only to pass back,a midfielder for that matter that should be a distributor of passes ...Craps.

Twice, Siasia had failed us. He had the Material and Manpower to hound down Egypt but he blundered with his tactics. We have no option than send him back to the u23 team but we have seen coaches like Joe Bonfere handle the Super Eagles and the U23 team.

Yesterday lineup was awful and the tactics was a big blunder.

Amodu Shaibu is hypertensive so he can't coach the Super Eagles.

A foreign coach like Michu who coaches Uganda can work and live in Nigeria..

We dnt need such coach, we need a world class manager and if Nff can't afford it then we should stick with siasia.
