This one you are mentioning Ighalo. Is he going to pick up the ball from the midfield to the net?

Or was the issue yesterday that of the CF or lack of supply to them?

Allow me imagine abeg. grin

over hyped 94 team. When eguavoen Dey talk tactics for one video wey dem post here making reference to how they played during westahof’s era na wey I knw say he is outdated as a coach

No serious minded team plus 442 anymore when in this current time and age teams are even playing false nines just to shook the midfield

I bet you guys that if aribo played as a 10 with Onyeka as b2b midfielder while etebo or bonke screens the back 4 we would have gotten a goal against Ghana in Kumasi

So after all the war chants, yeye display in the stadium, other silly games and the chest beating in Kumasi, Ghana no still score. It's now our turn to show them how it's done. We're going to the world cup and there's nothing the Ghanians (pasta boys) can do about it

I now remember that talk grin

Come to think of it, Ghana were so so reliant on sprints that they had no time to coordinate.

Rem: We beat Ghana 3-0 early 2000 I think, and we got so close that their Keeper got a red. AE should allow the middle do its job so we can see this win faster. He's unleashing the 90s on us.

I believe they are more serious now. No be to dey drop training pictures, granting interviews and paparazzi on instagram, talking about jollof rice. Instagram has gone silent. No more picture posting cheesy

I trust SE sha, they have always performed better on reverse fixtures especially when pressure mounts. 1-0 or 2-0 most likely.

you saw the number of corners we had right ? I can assure u that we score from a corner in nigeria, we will also score from outside the box.. Quote me after the game on tuesday

U guys missed a big opportunity there. I like ur coach but having Jordan Ayew as your corner taker was inexplicable. Isn't he one of the tallest players u have? Once I saw that I knew u guys were not serious on corner kicks and I rested easy.

U guys played very well and were the better team for far more than we were but we came away with the most clear cut chances. Our guys proved they can withstand the pressure and now its your turn

i also didnt even like the way jordan was playing the corners and yesterday i really missed asamoah gyan or andre ayew, they would have scored if they were around with that said the advantage now is with you because u are playing home but its still goaless so you will have to break us down and in doing so we will also get the chance to counter with our speedstars plus we will be shooting from outside the box.. How i wish ur oyibo keeper will be in the post.

Nigeria doesn’t have a dead midfield. It’s the coach that refuses to play more midfielders.

Etebor has played in the Portuguese, Laliga, Turkish, Championship and currently in the EPL.

Frank the tank plays for Brentford in the EPL.

Aribo is Rangers best midfielder.

Bonks is in Ligue 1.

You can see how the game changed in the second half.

so what makes you think that he will switch from 4-2-4 formation ? He favours strikers over midfielders and im sure he will repeat same thing on tuesday thereby ceeding the midfield to us
