30 minutes. City restricted to only 2 shots. Both from headers. Effective!

Let's see how long it will hold

They've already started chasing the game and seem to have switched off.

If their press remain consistent and they play a highline, then City will suffer second half.

Sir.... do you know when Dele was keeping for Gambari United in a Competition at Karumo Secondary School Ilorin?

There were two other notable Keepers then, Haji Sule and Lemi. Dele was a great Keeper to be honest. Same as the 2 I mentioned.
Kai you be Ilorin man to the core....Lemi is like a junior bro cos his senior bro is a friend.

Yes Karumo competition and also Baboko field host December competition......Dele went to C&S Ilorin and played the street game with my junior bro who went to Italy with Obafemi Martins through Churchil Oliseh.

I followed Dele deeply and was part of the people who make sure he signed for defunct Kwara Star owned by tax merchant Adekanola.

Some things have to be taught at a very early age, then the players adapts them and personalises then to make it unique to himself.

You can't teach people to be like Zizzi (Zidane ), JJay Okocha, Ronaldinho.

Look at Olise and Eze you can't coach that you can only enhance it . Look at Benzema, Salah, these things are not taught just enhancrd what is already there.

There is no amount of coaching at the age of 22+ that will make Victor O begin to have the touch of Messi, Ronaldo and or Benzema. And or the technical Finesse of Mahrez or Tega Abraham or Salah.

These are technical skill sets if not established young are near impossible to institute afresh from scratch.

I remember Thierry Henry was already technical astute but Wenger took it to another level and made him a striker. The rest is history.

I have seen boys at 10/11 and you can see that the DNA to be a mesmerising technically astute "baller" is already there.

That's my experience and opinion.

You're not a sincere man and you know it.

at least we know salah , I AGREE. We don't know tega simple. Tega should not be a standard now for osimhen in whatever area. both are still growing in the game. Lemme not start the issue of who is better. Your submissions weren't wrong but slotting tega is big NOOOOOO
.

Context of my comments is very clear, I mentioned differing attributes that players are associated with.

Tega Abraham for such a tall guy is known for mesmerising skill, sublime touch and technicality. Of course goals as well. Tega is just one of the many l mentioned.

What's your issue with Tega, does Osimhen have his technicality and sublime touch with skill?

They have like 3 matches in hand
Win those and they're good

And you think they will win, their next match is against Chelsea

AC Milan don carry serie A
Late for Napoli
Maybe Napoli gets it next season
They shouldn’t give up

Seems like 23 year old Victor needs another season to prove his worth at Napoli
Napoli should win the serie A, that’s the only way to justify how much he was bought.
They need to get return on their investment
next season, Napoli won’t. They have a coach whose mental toughness isn’t the strongest. He dey always bottle the chance to win Serie A

Tuchel must be blind to this Tega technicality you keep harping on, because he wasted no time in throwing him away.

Because Africa has been allocated 9 slots for the 2026 World Cup, it will be ok for CAF to have a single qualification round comprising all 54 teams divided into 9 groups.
The 9 group winners would then qualify for the World Cup.

Alternatively, CAF can design a three-round qualification stage, with the lowest ranked African teams taking part in a playoff preliminary round. Then the winners join the higher ranked teams in 48-team tournament, where the 48 teams would be divided into 12 groups.
The group winners in this stage would then advance to a final group stage comprising three groups of 4 teams. Here, the top 3 teams in each group would qualify for the World Cup.

The friendly game between Niger Republic U20 and Nigeria U20 ended goalless.

Nathaniel Nwosu was superb in goal.

Team captain, Tosin Adegbite was solid at the back.

Bosso has to find a solution to the team's scoring problem. The strikers had a poor turnover of goals in Abuja.
I got the report that the team created over eight scoring chances.

They dominated the game and the host had just one target from a FK.

I know Dele very well, though not personally. Lemi can fly eh. How is Lemi now? Seems he didn't pursue the Dream. Haji Sule lost his Life while with Nigeria Police Force. He used to keep for a Team from Okelele Community.

Of course.... Okelele na real Ilorin interior. Chai. I really liked Dele back then, especially when represented Haji Designer FC at a Competition at Karumo.

He was always outstanding and talks of the Town after every Match. Its a shame he's being neglected for Rookies by Super Eagles Handlers.

Dele lost his chance against Guinea and till today Nigeria never forgive him but funny the goal was not his fault.....He lost out and replaced by Agbim who always getting the invitation with Enyeama and Ejide during Keshi's tenure as eagles coach.

I agree...there are some talents in our secondary schools but I'm not sure about the age aspect. There are a lot of 18-year olds in secondary schools nowadays. I still think the government should focus more on the U15 tourney.
Yes you are right but better to pick 18 years old secondary school boy than picking 25 years old NPFL player claiming U17 or U20.At least talented 18 years old would be useful for U20.

I love the U15 tourney.

I have to agree with you with you, Tega has been the highest goal scorer in Chelsea since 2017 when Costa left.

Even with not given any game time he was still the highest goal scorer, when he left Chelsea.

We can see what Tuchel is doing with Lukaka as well.
