Aina.... I don't understand him today. Brilliant all tournament game after game but has struggled against Adingra today. Unfortunate.
Aina is not defensively astute. Awaziem should have been brought in his stead.

Caf just dash CIV this trophy. The officiating most especially in the first half was something else

We don't need this coach again. He was so clueless.

It hurts more knowing that we already had the lead going into the second half. We needed just one goal to seal the deal.

Congrats Ivory Coast! The referee killed our momentum.

Nevertheless, Ivory Coast deserves its win.

We move!!

We used the same tactics that got us to the final. The only major difference was starting Chukwueze over Moses. The boys tried abeg.

Our midfield needs to be worked on big time. We lost this game because we couldn’t hold the ball.

That's not just a midfield problem.. it's a team problem..

To be able to hold the ball you need players to always want to receive passes and make the passing shorter..

Players need to always demand the ball and the player needs to know who to pass to in 2 seconds of receiving the ball.

The boys tried. It’s not easy playing in a final in the home turf of the host

I refuse to criticize both boys and the coach no matter what

Congrats CIV!!!

JPes had the chance but blew it. We were lucky to score a goal in the first half. You chose to go ultra-defensive for 90mins yet you couldn't replace Iwobi right away from 2nd half.

CIV deserve it more, hence congratulations to the Ivorians.

We can attack them and play well if we want to. This is not an excuse.

An attacking mindset didn't get us this far. A defensive approach did. Why would Peseiro change his tactics all of a sudden? Why change something that got you to a final?

Defense can push you far in a tourney.. I think Peseiro did his best. Can we expect better from him?
