Gudmrning house. I upgraded my system to windows10 and installed some necessary drivers BT eversince then my system does not shutdown anymore. Wen I click shutdown is behaves as if it wants to shutdown then goes back to the lock screen. I hv tried nd tried BT it still continues. Pls brothers and sis help me out with a solution. NB. My laptop model is hp probook 4530s |

Have you tried holding the power button for long.. For hard shut down. |
