A young girl asked me this question why do people always eat rice on sunday, easter, xmax or even special activities... Why nt cook eba, yam, or any other food. I was speechless with the question. Plz help me with the answer |

Tradition, I guess. For some other festive periods like the Igue Festival (Benin) and New Yam Festival, it is Pounded yam. |
