It has been a heartbeat for me to ensure that young ones achieve success in mathematics with confidence and motivation as a Math teacher. I feel so happy when I see young mathematicians on air (cowbellpedia) solving problems in a nick of time with their brains. on this note, I want to encourage and motivate students to have the passion for mathematics, clear their preconceived notions/perceptions they have about the subject that mathematics is a very simple subject. I want them to fall in love with the subject. So I sat down to think on what to do to achieve this. Math quiz in form of league among my students and between schools came to my mind. I don't know how to start. I seek for advice from great masterminds on how to organize it.. please I will really appreciate your Efficacy's ideas and contributions. thank you
