Accountant - 0102016: A smart and experienced accountant to assist in all company accounting activities including financial record keeping, reporting and analysis. The candidate:
• Must have at least 5 years professional experience in accounting or related field.
• Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge and proficiency in Sage/QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Must be able to interact, both written and orally, horizontally and vertically within and outside the organization and across various functions.
• Must have the ability to multi-task effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to perform audits and provide simple recurring and ad-hoc analysis on variances, financial results, etc. as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control procedures, and good working knowledge of current tax law are required.
• Experience in stock management and inventory control will be an added advantage.


Master Baker - 0402016: This position requires an enthusiastic, flexible, responsible, talented and dedicated candidate. The individual will perform various bakery functions. The candidate:

• Must have at least 3 years professional experience in working in bakery facilities that produce assorted breads and pastries at high speeds.
• Must be able to operate large high-volume mixing machines, ovens, and other automated machines to mass-produce standardized baked goods.
• Must be able to carefully follow instructions for production schedules and recipes.
• Must be able to interact, both written and orally, horizontally and vertically within and outside the organization and across various functions.
• Must have the ability to multi-task effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in stock management and inventory control will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Bakery Manager - 0502016: This position requires an enthusiastic, flexible, responsible, talented and dedicated person who can coordinate and carry out bakery operations, to help meet the bakery’s goals for sales, margin, labor and customer service. The candidate:

• Must have experience in stock management and inventory control.
• Must be able to carefully follow instructions for production schedules and recipes.
• Must have the ability to oversee baking staff to ensure the bakery's standards are enforced.
• Ability to enforce standards regarding food handling practices, safety and sanitation is vital.
• Must be able to interact, both written and orally, horizontally and vertically within and outside the organization and across various functions.
• Must have the ability to multi-task effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Background in baking, such as training in pastry preparation and experience working in a bakery will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
