It's no supplement.

The Nigerian health system is flooded with lots of supplements that doesn't really cure the main problem.

First off brother to solve this completely you need to take your mind off science. Science don't have answers yet for impotence. Apart from viagra and its likes which which does not address root cause and does not work for everyone, science has no definitive solution to it as yet.

Dont commit suicide please. You can still find someone who will accept you for you. There are ladies too who are infertile who found love and marriage and there are ladies too who dont like sex.

OP , impotence is not a life long sentence like cancer or motor nueron disease. All men have been impotent at some point in their life or another.
Make the necessary life style changes and have a whole new mindset about life...its temporary.
