Artificial waist
Artificial butt
Artificial nails
Artificial this and artificial that;

This so boring, cant we just get women that are relatively natural and ok the way they are made. Am not saying that been fashionable is wrong, but a situation you see one woman wearing a whole bunch of artificial items at a time.
