Really trying to understand your point, just saying it cheap in 9ja than this side of the world, and if am not making more than that will not be living in that house no pity brother, no mama no papa na street OT, ok more over I was in 9ja last Christmas and will still be in 9ja this Christmas nothing the happen.

I know of a building off airport road, clifford Eweka to be precise, it's 650k for a 3 bed room flat a year. Same on that Airport road by Iriri u will get a 3 bedroom flat for 250k. , it all depends on the Landlord.

Gbagada is closer to link island too. My house here is 550k for 3bedroom flat. Water running steady, all tied and good parking space.

Small rooms and small parlour.

I wish I reside in southern Nigeria and earn same salary I get here in Abuja.

Abuja rent is killing.
