An online firm seeks energetic and self motivated individuals to the fill vacant position of:
Operating Officer (OO): Who serves as secretary to the firm and with the following primarily responsibilities:
 Acting as the head of the secretariat, implementing the resolutions of the firm, and supervising staff,
monitoring company services to the customers.
 Overseeing the day to day running of the firm by calling, mailing, Text, and social media to follow up the
firm services
 Implementation business objectives of the firm
 Managing financial activities of the firm
 Overseeing the business development and marketing activities of the firm
 Working in the preparation and implementation of the firm short and long term goals; and
 ensuring compliance with company policy

Qualifications
 Bachelor degree in any related field
 Proven record of business development capabilities
 Good communication skill
