hey guys, i'm really confused on what kinda career i should really seat ma ass for. let me list what and what i can do here and you guys should really help me out in choosing what i should do, i really need your help

1. I can design prefessional website
2. I know things on Programming language
3. I play the Keyboard Pretty well as a Prefessional
4. I Some times Produce Artist.
5. Song writer
6. Singer
7. Graphic Designer
8. Multimedia
Alotta things i'm into as well

Now I love to Play keyboard and produce artist, i derive joy in it, I like listening to music and creating my own kinda music.
I love to seat down on the computer and design anything, with my computer
i now taught of having an Information Technology Magazine, while at the other hand i taught of Having An Entertainment Magazine, but i'm kinda confused

So don't know if i should stick my ass to Information Technology or i should stick my ass to entertainment Industry, i have alot of things to give out there on entertainment, and i have been opportune to mixup with great Artist out there.

so can someone help me out huh

can see u love all the things u do.  if u do all, u will end up being jack of all trades, may be master of LITTLE.

ask ursef, which one of them do u have more passion for?  then go for that one on full time basis and take others on partime basis, yet others as hobbies.

Sorry to sound so philosophical (excuse the big big grammer) , but the best way to go about this is to talk to your creator. He created you for this time, to do certain things. Now I do not know your religion or how close to God you are, but if you are able to start now you wont regret it. Taking some time out and speaking candidly to God will reveal to you in your heart what to do with your life.

Though I must say that you may have a hint here. You are showing a preference for the more creative side of you ie music, design etc. Do you have any qualifications or apprenticeships or work experience in these areas? If yes, it is a good place to start something.

One idea is if you put a portfolio of all the websites you have created to date and start visiting companies, asking if they would either for you create a website for them, update what they currently have or train one of their personnel to keep the website updated.

I am not sure about writing a magazine because your grammer and spelling is not really the best!

I feel u r a genius and you must just manage all your talents/skills properly. You can have an enternaiment magazine online that is a website. I feel their is a way you can blend ur IT skills in the enternaiment industry. In Nigeria today most artistes don't even have a good website and a fan base. you can do some thing about that.
I would just advise you to start with something and you would be suprised how far and how well you wud do.

Don't be confused ok. But if u can cope with both u can also do that cos they're gift u can't run away from.

Freelance is right, you can have your entertainment magazine online. You could probably choose to do a ebook and sell it. Or perhaps start a blog which will then have a link to how people can purchase your services.

Far as I can see you're an IT specialist but your interest and hobby revolves around making music. It's about what you're most passionate about and what you personally want to achieve in life? No one can answer that for you homes. Only you can!

That you can do all your-above doesnt make you a star. The real stars like BILL-GATES are not even 'con' to even talk about 'fused'. In fact, ask them and they'll tell you they havent even started. We(you, I, and all of us) are just local-champions.

Dont be confused.

Get a piece of paper and write down what you want to / hope to be DOING when u'll be 50-years old.

Then start doing things that will enable you to achieve that goal.

Thank you. guys mostly IT bring me food on my table, while the music brings food  too once in awhile. but someone advice i create awareness for my entertainment magazine, which i intend to organize a show free, then i could get response from the audience towards the upcoming entertainment magazine what do you guys think  huh ?

I am sorry for not being able to contribute to this thread earlier. Being a busy man these days.

Well, let me share y own story. Think it will help in your decisio akig.

When I was about going into SS1, I was a confused little boy. I discovered I could do any subject and pass excellently and didn't know whether to go for Sciece, Comercial or Art. I was seeing myself as a Doctor ad a Journalist then, so I narrowed my interest to Science and Art. I settled for Science all because y friends were there.

While at the University, readig Mech Enginrg, I discovered my writing passion is still there and I was aking use of it seriously. When I write to my friends, I paint my words to make the feel as if they are right where I am.

I later got into computing and ore confusion was coming into my life. One of my first love was Sport and I was also seeing myself going into Sport Journalism. When I left school, I started discussing with a TV producer on starting a TV Sport Programme, idea was solely mine, but the money to start off wasn't there. So I decided to have a rethink.

I started a Web Design biz with the little I have and I later moved into having my writtings online. I started a otivational website, not Naijamotivatio.com, and the result blew my mind. Since then, I have been able to combine my love for Computer and Writing together.

If I can, you too CAN!

I'm glad you have started on something, all you just need is to move to the next stage. You can start the Online Entertainment Mag. as suggested by others.

A lot of things have been said already but I would just like you to ask yourself this question and probably provide answer to it. WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WOULD NATURALLY WITHOUT BEING PAID FOR IT? Your sincere answer to that question will give you a clue to what your passion is. Your career should be focused on your passion and not is in vogue.

Man is equipped with so many gifts and abilities. That explains why it is easier for you to do a lot of things. But sit down and really look within yourself. In the midst of all these activities, you would find ONE that you enjoy doing naturally. Go for it, give it all it takes and build your career around on it.

@tosin if i get you right, naturally i could design a website for you without collecting any dime,  and also you could invite for a program and i could handle the instrument for you without collecting any dime mostly i do that alot for instance this monday a pastor is inviting me  for their church concert and i'm not collecting any dime to play the keyboard for him,  i believe is a previledge to play with someone like Prince Wadada, Mamuzee, Lucky Okri
