Photo: Man Who Was Both Student And Principal Of King's College Lagos Dies Only few Nigerians may have ended up being principals in the sec schools they graduated from. In this man's case he was a student of King's College (KC) up till 1957, and 21 years later (1978) he was the principal of that school. Can this happen in today's Nigeria? 21 Years after their graduation from secondary school, most present day average Nigerians (not kids of the politicians) would still be finding their bearing in life. I can boldly say that we still have diplomatic and respected people from the other side of the Niger. These set of people have impeccable nature that can make Nigeria better. But what can we say about the few that source of their livelihood is to paint majority bad and make Nigeria to see them as black sheep of the family. How we miss the good old days of sparring with you in the Grier cup and cricket competitions. Today all sorts of Schools everywhere.... Condolences to Kingsmen and the Family of the departed. RIP to him. I know of some schools in Ogun State that only appoint their old students as principals. Example, Abeokuta grammar school, Baptist Boys High School and some few others. RIP once again. |
