The Lagos state command operatives from Dopemu division has arrested a man named Akanbi Lawal for chaining his son Yusuf Lawal aged 35years for two months. When he was discovered, Yusuf's hands were already decaying due to the injury sustained as a result of the chaining.

When interrogated, Mr. Lawal said the shameful and disgraceful attitude of his son made him chain him down at home for two months.

Yusuf had earlier been declared missing until his friend Tayo Olukoju discovered him in the room where he was hidden by his father.

The Lagos state Police public relations officer Sp Dolapo Badmos said the victim has been taken to General hospital where he's receiving treatment. She stated further that the father will be prosecuted in law Court.

How did an old man subdue and chain a man of 35 years old? What could have warranted that treatment? Was the son mentally unstable?

Why should a man at 35 still live with his father?

Why didn't the son scream for help whenever the father was away, or do they live in a forest?

The chains have disfigured his hands already.

Is the father so strong that his son couldn't overpower him when he was chaining him? Except he was drugged sha.

too bad!

People are becoming more creative with wickedness everyday. So much so that even the devil will have something to learn.

Dont know whether to blame the man for such an inhuman treatment on his own son, or the son for his attitude that may probably have warranted such action
