here at area its 1 and half cup for 100naira and 4 cups for 200naira

What has Jonathan got to do with it?
For your information before Jonathan left office it was #250 per custard paint bucket, now that Buhari has brought change its now #500 while some sell #600.

Garri has nothing to do with exchange rate, Nigeria produces garri.
