Believe we shouldn't just focus on what we all like, we could also see what we don't like. As for me, I don't like the fact that I am mostly not allowed to use my annual leave complete each year, also I have a lot of women in my office, which when they start their issues u almost feel like not working where u have a lot of women, ration of men to women is 1 :4, I also do not like when some work are felt to be handled by some people, believing some can't deliver while you are both in the same office.
