The feet if not the most ignored part of the body ranks among the first 3. Notwithstanding, it doesn't deny the fact that it plays an inexhaustible role in our daily life, from supporting our weight to serving as a walk aid. How then should we care for this part of the body?


1. bathe your feet daily especially with antispectics, and dry thoroughly, foot powder is highly advised especially for irritation.

3.never rear the same socks or stockings twice without washing them. change them if they become wet with water or perspiration.

5. be sure to wear the right size of shoes, socks or stockings. they should at least be half an inch longer than your longest toe.

6. regular exercise of the feet with shore and slippers off is advisable. wriggling and elevating the feet aids circulation of blood. picking an object like a pencil repeatedly also helps to strengthen the muscle.

7. walking with your feet pointed straight forward gives better balance and eases up undue stress to the feet.
