Basically, to some certain extent, some foods we consume behave exactly like one or all of the best liars in our body system.

Some foods we consume lie and endanger our body system exactly the way a Nigeria politician, police officer or pastor lie and endanger our citizens exposing them to dangers untold.

sugar sweetened drinks like sports drinks, energy drinks, soft drinks, coffee with refined sugar, lie without any form of refrain to our brain, thus making us consume more calories than our body needs exposing us to dangers of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, abdominal fat and so on. Generally, you see people consume bottles of soft drinks and alcohol indiscriminately per day and still wouldn't know the amount of excess calories added to the body system. This attitude of sugar sweetened drinks is typical to one or all of the best Nigeria liars.

A pot bellied man would lie to his body system by vindicating his pot belly and equating pot belly especially the abdominal pot belly to a show of wealth and money in a caption "More Money, More Pot Belly". This is another typical lie to the body system.

A Nigeria pastor would tell you God said this when its just an imagination of his self satisfaction to see a follower tremble at his imagination; This is another typical lie of too much consumption of junks to our body system; a situation of self satisfaction. of some imagination.

Fruits, vegetables, Omega-3-fatty acids, dietary fiber, organic protein would not behave like any of the liars but will only be true to our body system.
