/ There is always something good in a bad situation. Shouldn't this be a wake up call for lazy Nigerians to go into farming? A sharp mind will make enquiries, purchase from remote villages, sell at N400/cup and make more money than those sitting in a cozy office for N50k/month salaries (assuming they are dutifully paid). \ |

planetx: FYI there are Nigerians livin in the Uk, and there are Nigerians who export gari, ogbono, egusi and other delicacies to our brothers and sisters there, when u divide N3,000 by 450 to the pound you will get a cup of ogbono there for #6 pounds, that about N3000 here. Compared to other parts of the world food is relatively affordable, here, its not regulated its not processed our food is in its most natural form. If you say food is expensive in Nigeria, you must make a comparison with other countries. Don just rant that Nigeria is the most expensive country to buy food without facts and figures. |
