This happened to a girl in Rumuokoro Port Harcourt earlier today. According to the lady, she boarded a bus going from Alakahia to Mile 3 Diobu. When they got to Rumuokoro, everyone in the bus got bored as the traffic there was unbearable. After about 17 minutes on traffic, she stepped down to buy a bottle of groundout along the road. The groundout seller wasn't so close to the bus (as in she went a bit backward after she had stepped down).

Before she could return, the bus was nowhere to be found as the traffic was relieved. She said the conductor was aware of her going out. The lady is a student of RSUST as we saw her ID card. She said her box of clothes, provisions, 2 rubbers of garri, hand bag (make up, #12,000 and her Gionee M5 were in it). The lady cried so bitterly as there was no way she could get the bus.

Now, who do we blame? the lady who carelessly left her hand bag in the bus for groundnut's sake or the driver? the driver was not aware of her demise but the conductor was and he was supposed to tell the driver which I think he might have done
