Hi guys. Please how do i transfer videos from my phone to my laptop using the redmi note 4x's USB cable? whenever I plug it, it brings out options, but whenever i tap on "Transfer files",my phone doesn't doesn't how on the laptop.
Its a common issue (driver bug) on Windows 10. But do this; Download Mobilego for PC -› Install -› Connect phone to PC -› It'll automatically install the mobile version on your phone. From here on you can always access your phone storage with ease.

NB: Make sure to enable USB debugging mode on your phone.

WITHOUT REFORMATTING A PHONE, IS THERE A WAY 1 CAN CLEAR THE WIFI CACHE?....
baes new fone plays ig and fb videos without buffering...while her old note 4 will buffer and stutter trying to play same video...while still being connected on same wifi.

thus i fee the wifi cache is filled up..if ever there is anything like that
A lot of times it could be as a result of low storage or RAM or both phones are connected at the same time on the WiFi network which could result to one streaming without buffering. You can't clear WiFi network cache.

Lol! No fears and nothing to worry about because I'll still get a refund but I worry for the seller though.

I made an order on the 23rd of May, 2017 about 15 items, 2 out of 15 items from same seller which arrived Naija on the 31st of May, 2017 yet to receive, while 11 out of 15 from same seller ordered on the 21st of May, 2017; arrived 26th of May, 2017 but only got 10 out of 11, I also got the other two items from different sellers.

3 items still pending delivery!

NB: Items ain't phones

With the recent Xiaomi phones being stollen from new Xiaomi family member, it is now important for us to tell them whenever u get a new Xiaomi phone, u must activate ur mi account first. noobody, Protein0, emaminaj, Gptech, fibonacci2526, rookidmart, Bookiemart01, Holuwaxheun et all, pls, u guys should make it ur duty to tell anyone that buy new Xiaomi phones through u to activate their mi account and it's security features first. Rookidmart can pls add this important info to the FAQ. Gracias cool
We have said this here times without numbers, but seriously, how do one even use a Xioami phone without mi account? Without it you can't even download themes aside the main security features.
