I neither work for Amazon nor any rival e-commerce store that competes with eBay. the fact that your orders have been as your ordered them does not mean others have had positive experiences with them.

The battery software is indicting 1:38 hrs to charge from 77% to full. This mathematically means 4:20hrs to charge this phone from 0% ~ 100%

It should reverse automatically.
You can sha go to bank to complain.

Update to the latest Global ROM and you this issue is Solved..

Paxziano had the same vendor rom, as I currently do, on his Redmi 4 Prime before he moved to the Global Rom. If he followed the same steps Dam5reey stated and successfully installed the Global Rom, then I should have no problems following same process.

Yeah it's the same. And I have no issues with the phone. Even noticed after the move to global stable, I got some more Google applications that were not there before

Sim 1 is micro, Sim 2 is nano

For me, the battery longevity reduced slightly. I cud go a whole day without charging it. But for today, I charged it by 5pm. And it was at 34%. But before the update, I wud get back home and the fone wud still be above 30%. And I get home by around 7pm.
