hello all, need ur take on something,

its regarding One of my January orders; 2 cases for xiaomi redmi 5 plus. Tracking the order showed it was rejected and waiting for pickup throughout, i messaged the seller, and he agreed to refund me privately, he doesnt want me to open dispute. i gave him 2 paypal accounts but he couldnt send the money there coz of gtb restriction kinda, now the purchase protection has ended today, i still have some days b4 the order is closed. i dont know what to do, he wants to resend it, but i dont want that option coz ive already opened dispute for the 5 plus as i never receive am.

Open dispute and collect your money through the channel you paid, never give in to seller's request re PayPal. Let alixpress do the needful.

yes MI account was logged in and it had pattern lock active

i dont know if it is called sim card lock, but i understand that when a xiaomi phone with mi account and cloud lock is stolen, even if the phone is flashed with another ROM, it will be useless except they enter the MI account password. More like Apple Cloud lock. That is what i am referring to. That is what i want on this new Redmi 4a i got

Then lock it from Mi cloud if you haven't, that's all you need to do.
