Christianity is not a religion, Christianity is truly a Relationship, a living Relationship, when you get to study about the person of Jesus and what He says about us you get to know that Christianity is not a religion, but a true relationship with God the Father and Jesus the Son through the help of the Holy Spirit.

Religion is man's way to get to God the Father, but people forget what Jesus said that He is the way the only way to the Father, you can't come to God your own way you can only come to Him through Jesus and that is the only way.


1 Who is Jesus?
* He is the Son of God

Romans 1:2-4 KJV
(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

* He is the saviour of the world

John 3:16 KJV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.)

1 John 4:14 KJV
And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world,

That is not a promise it is a law meaning that everyone that believe in Jesus should not perish but to have ever lasting life

Everlasting life doesn't mean that you will not die again, one thing we have to understand is that everyone will leave for ever because there is a world after this physical world, that is where people will look for death and the will not find,

When you receive this everlasting life that Jesus Christ brought to us it means you will leave your life forever in God kingdom

* He is Lord of heaven and earth

That means the name of Jesus Christ has power in heaven and in the earth and even under the earth.

Matthew 28:18 KJV

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

2 What did He come to do?

Jesus did not die for his believe but He gave his self in his free will. Many say Jesus came to start a great religion but is not true

*He came to take away the sin of the World ( to take my place of sin and paid for me )

John 1:29 KJV
The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

* He came to give us eternal life, ( eternal life mean the life of God )
John 10:10 KJV

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

( life for your Spirit, life for soul, life for your body. )

*He came to make us Sons of God
1 John 3:1-2 KJV

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

3 How relevant is He today?
Mark 16:17-18 KJV

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recove
