I have observed that the national Library in Owerri Imo state seems to be a bit different from the rest of the National Library in Nigeria. A look at the library from the front view will leave one wondering if the building is actually a place of study. Recently the Library has been without any form of electricity for about a week now.That Library seems to be the only one in the country that does not have adequate provision made for electricity supply. I don't know if the Director of the National Library of Nigeria is aware of all these.
