Accounts Assistatnt

Job Description
Raising invoices and receipts for customers,register all incoming and outgoing cheques in the cheque register,daily transactions posting into general ledger,petty cash administration,maintenance of LPO file and bank reconciliations.

Qualification/Experience

Bsc,OND / AAT holder in Accounting.
1-3 years Audit experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Pays Attention to detail, displays good working and operating principles
Deep Accounting knowledge, Computer Literacy and Analytical skills
Good sense of judgement, objectivity in reasoning and ability to enforce compliance.

AUDIT OFFICER
Job Description
Perform audit checks on customer balances and vendor payments.
Review and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Compile and organize data for audit reports and statements.
Perform audit checks and verify correctness of all expenses accounts.
Review and verify bank deposits and bank payments.
Verify computation of taxes.
Detect discrepancies in financial statements, reports and records.
Review and verify ledger balances and other books of accounts.
Carry out audit on all company’s assets.

Qualification/Experience
OND / AAT holder Accounting
1-3 years Audit experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Pays Attention to detail, displays good working and operating principles
Basic Accounting knowledge, Computer Literacy and Analytical skills
Good sense of judgement, objectivity in reasoning and ability to enforce compliance
