The biggest Card, e-Payment and Identification Exhibition in Africa, tagged: CBN CASHLESS CARDEXPO is set to hold the 16th edition at the prestigious Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.

Organisers of the annual card conference and exhibition, Intermarc Consulting Limited said that this year’s edition will have special focus on retail payment and e-commerce.

The event which is slated for 14th to 16th of June is with the theme: ‘Retail Payment and E-Commerce.

Speaking with newsmen in Lagos, General Manager, Intermarc Consulting, Lilian Ekwedike, said that the 3-day forum aims at aggregating major players along the e-commerce value-chain and presenting cutting edge solutions and services that will drive African economy.

“CardExpo Africa Exhibition continues its tradition of showcasing the most exciting developments in the payment sector. With a variety of new innovative technologies, it has never been more important to keep pace with industry developments. Top government agencies; over 50 companies, including banks, Card companies from the local and international payment community have thrown their weight behind the event.

The organizers also announced that banks and card companies have the opportunity to win in different award categories in the 2016 cardexpo awards.
