An inferno erupted this morning in the infamous Udi Hall of Residence, University of Uyo. The conflagration that got a block of the hostel frazzled out emanated from the Man O' War room. The cause of the fire outbreak is yet to be ascertained. Details later.

The men of the Fire Service were booed and chased away by the notorious students who had put out the fire.
