Nysc has been playing with this year's batch A stream 2 prospective corp members. Why would they send message for someone to print Call Up letter and when some persons have started planning their movement, they decided to send another message. Isn't this incompetency? Government is manipulating last year and this year's NYSC service to soothe Bokoharam and Fulani Herdsmen Program. |
