For a while now, MTN have been advertising this bundle4u package where you would text V500 to 131 and receive 1950 naira worth of calls to any network. The last subscription I had expired yesterday (19th may 2016), So I decided to re-subscribe using same means. My 500naira airtime was deducted with a follow up message that my subscription was successful only to make a call of 183seconds and I was told that my airtime has been exhausted. I placed a call to their customer care line; one guy picked but no reasonable explanation was given to me even though he promised to escalate my complaint. MTN should better work on it and refund my money back o or better still activate my subscription |
