No,
It is caused by lack of family planning and overpopulation - Nigerians produce children first then realize they do not have the means to feed and cater for them, they then turn around and blame government and everyone else!

There is corruption BUT there is also serious recklessness on the part of uneducated Nigerian families.

PRECISELY!!!!!

I was going to write exactly the same thing before I stumbled on this. The wretched populace will still go and bring hopeless children into the world to share their wretched existence. I no longer go to naming ceremonies as there is nothing to celebrate.

That's the problem with Nigeria. How many of them want to serve their nation wholeheartedly? They're only after salaries? They would soon join other crooks who collect good salaries and still harass okada riders (N100 per day per Okada), when they aren't part of NURTW? Nemesis is the goddess of retribution.

Let's hope they don't still give the jobs to those who know the right channel so to say. Cause it would have been a waste of time and money for those who applied
