This is to inform all that a new date has been fixed for the postponed 2016 Batch A stream 2 orientation exercise. This was contained in a message sent to all pcms and also made available on their portal. Let's hope and pray this new date doesn't change again.

What is wrong with this people?

NYSC will go down to be the most inconsistent and most useless organization in recent years

pls disregard the 20th June date. Its not true. A friend of mine called a staff there and he confirmed that its an error. I still have d recorded call. U can add me on what's app 07067954613 so I send u d recorded call.

NYSC is making the scheme look like a BIG joke. Make up your minds already and stop toying with the future of these youths.

Through several calls and messages , the attention of MCAN National has been brought to a message going viral which states that the 2016 batch A, stream 2 orientation camp date which was earlier scheduled for 21st of May, 2016 and postponed till further notice is to commence on 25th of May while others claimed 20th of June, 2016.

To this effect , MCAN National contacted the NYSC PRO (Mrs Aderibigbe) who debunked both dates. Thus we urge all those sharing the false messages to kindly disregard and stop sharing them.The new date for the exercise will be communicated by the scheme through the most appropriate channel in due time.

We also encourage the public to always use NYSC website to confirm any news about NYSC and not over depend on social media. There is no excuse for sharing wrong information as it was stated in Quran that ; "O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful." Quran 49:6

You can alway contact MCAN through its National Amir (President) or National PRO to make enquiries which answers can be provided within MCAN's scope.

All 2016 PCM batch A stream 2 should kindly Put their mind to rest and wait for NYSC to officially announce new date. Make use of NYSC website or send a personal mail to the scheme.
