I browsed on youtube that you should stir thoroughly your sugar icing with butter and add like a teaspoon of water to the mixture to get your frosting. Problem is my frosting is not as firm as those in wedding cakes? ?? What did I do wrong? |

Maybe you added too much butter |

You should add more icing sugar to make it thicker or add liquid milk to make it lighter. |
