Our remote controlled gate system are built in
house. We don't rely on importing an already
made system. They have their drawbacks.
The drawbacks are that when there happens to
be a malfunction in the system, the necessity of
importing a new part to replace the
malfunctioned part looms up. The delay and the
cost becomes a multiplier effect on the overall
cost of the system.
In terms of our gate system, we don't need to
import and wait for any parts because we built it,
we can respond promptly on any parts that's
require before you even mentioned "Jack".

@anochuks08 Thanks for that, this is how we know not to patronise them. I was just honestly considering doing this to my house. Most Nigeria companies are not reliable and thats why we import from abroad.

The setup has three variant. Small, medium and big.
The names indicate the size (length and breadth) of the associated gate.
All gates are of metal construction.
Below are the price list, inclusive of the gate and the automatic prime mover.
Small (7ft by 11ft) = N350,000
Medium (9ft by 13ft) = N390,000
Big (11ft by 16ft) = N450,000

Note: Our remote gate system does not rely on a constant electricity source unlike other conventional ones. Rather, it relies on a power pack that charges itself when there happens to be electricity, but acts as a power backup for the system when there isn't electricity.
