Download Virtual Router and launch it. Provide a
name for your network, enter a passphrase, and
choose the connection you want to share with
devices that connect to that Wi-Fi network. Click the
“Start Virtual Router” button, and you're done. You
can even see a list of connected devices in this
window.

@OP, I have been able to complete the set up but It is giving error message at the point where I needed to click to start virtual router. the error message is "The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation" Please help me out.
