Ntel is about to chase us away ooh This was sent to by brother Ntel agent today This is to announce that management has approved the removal of the Mobile Unlimited internet plan (Smartphone Unlimited) with current pricing of N12,500 from all our sales channels effective 30th November, 2017. In order to ensure that customers still enjoy the unlimited package, there is a chance to upsell them to the Long Term Unlimited plans (365, while the 180 and 365 without device are still being finalized) as well as promote the ntel more plans as well which currently has the double and triple data running. On the 1st December, 2017, the following plans will then be introduced on the ntel network, marketing and communications for these plans will be done through all our channels by our brands/marketing team. Some of these plans already exist but there is the introduction of the Fair Usage Policy on them. Unlimited 2-Day Plan with Daily Fair Use of 5GBUnlimited 7-Day Plan with Daily Fair Use of 5GBUnlimited Long-Term Plans (180 and 365) with Monthly Fair Use of 90GBUnlimited Monthly N17,500 with Monthly Fair Use of 90GBUnlimited Monthly N22,500 with Monthly Fair Use of 120GBUnlimited MonthlyN27,500 with Monthly Fair Use of 150GBUnlimited MonthlyN32,500 with Monthly Fair Use of 180GBUnlimited Enterprise Quarterly @ N150,000, with Monthly Fair Use of 300GB Unique Selling Point: For the new variations of unlimited plans 1. Customers now have the opportunity to buy the (about to be decommissioned N12,500 plans) ntel unlimited plans long term (12 months), 2. Introduction of Monthly fair usage (as a result of feedback from the FLT after the introduction of the initial 3GB FUP) |

Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by makavele: 10:52am On Nov 22, 2017 |
They said FUP e.g. 7-Day Plan- 5GB which means that if you exceed 5GB daily, you need to wait till 00:00 hrs (12 midnight); to reset the FUP; until then your speed will be throttle to say, 2Mbps. It doesn't mean after 5GB you wont be able to browse anymore. Of course you will, just slower download speeds after FUP !!! 7 days x 5 GB = 35 GB download at fast speed . . . Then you can browse unlimited at normal speed for the 7 days It's way better than having to subscribe to a fixed data cap. 1 Like |

makavele:"Monthly N17,500 with Monthly Fair Use of 90GB" This one nko? When i can get 150gb FROM GLO AT THAT PRICE |
Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by makavele: 12:43pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
olurotimi1: do the weekly 3750 x 4 = 15000 . . daily fup of 5GB per day = 150GB fup per month plus unlimited data cap at 2Mbps or below after you hit the threshold |
Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by olurotimi1: 12:47pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
makavele:5GB daily doesnt make sense my brother. its either unlimited or metered.,By the way fup is 90gb monthly not 5gbdaily |

Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by makavele: 12:57pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
olurotimi1: Na u dey confuse yourself . . They did not say 5GB data cap daily they said 5GB fup daily meaning if you download or consum 5GB daily, they will reduce your download speed you can still continue to browse normally at good speed; but your download will slow down considerably for the rest of the day until midnight when it resets and the cycle continues take note that some users do not even download, they just need it for normal browsing, in this case, they have unlimited data in the real sense of it. The weekly data plan is capped at fup 5gb daily, do 1 week and set it to autorenew 3 more times . . = 4 weeks = 1 month it is cheaper and better than 17500 @ 90gb 3 Likes |
Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by tivta(m): 1:04pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
4llerbuntu: Fear not. Glo 4g moderms are still expensive compared to others and most China phones don't support band 28. So we are still very safe, for now. |
Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by 4llerbuntu(m): 1:42pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
makavele: Lol Ntel FUP throttling is 64kbps bros. anyone who experienced it when they tried it the first time can confirm it to you and depending on how much its priced, that 7 days plan CANNOT be 35 Gb Matter of fact, i'm pretty sure its still 5GB, just lasts 7 days instead of 2. If it were 35GB then how does any of the other plans make sense? u think they are doing jamboree? |
Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by makavele: 2:25pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
4llerbuntu: I see . . . have never been throttle to 64kbps . . . unless you meant 64KBps cos i don't see how any webpage can load with a 64kbps connection in this time and era |
Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by Nobody: 3:11pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
