Oh lord deliver us from bad news all the time

Probably it happened on Saturday..

There was no thunderstorm in bayelsa on sunday. I live not too far from Agudama.

It was a sad day yesterday after a residential building was destroyed following heavy thunderstorms at Agudama-Epie in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, The incident led to a fire outbreak which burnt down a building in a popular estate -causing panic among residents in the area. Although, no life was lost in the incident, properties worth thousands of naira were lost.

The incident and terrible thunderstorm happened spontaneously. When I narrated it some ppl said it was that kind of thing that knocks a person down killing him if he is hit.

Hmm das real bad...twas almost d same tin in my side. Was jus checking my latest pencil drawings in my room as it was raining heavily dat nyt, wit thunder n lightening storms wen all of a sudden, I was shocked from d ground as light sparked Frm my legs. Moments lata, d kind of thunder dat rumbled was lyk an earthquake was about to happen., my system s spoilt even as I switched off all sockets.

Could Thunder Arrestor if installed on the roof have prevented this from happening?
