Friends, who have a great advantage in the labour market : a fresh graduate at 30years with a first class grade or a fresh graduate at age 21years with third class. Your opinion is welcome.

the guy with the first class stands a better chance jare especially in a country like ours where everything revolves around certificate.

The Third class Graduate could obtain both a Master and Doctorate degree before age 31. And would still have an edge over the other as age limit would definitely set in aginst the 1st class candidate.
