While I do agree with you that the man has no business enforcing laws,
however your above argument in bold is wrong as it effectively covers for
all manner of crimes. One could also argue that drug pushers, ritualist, gun runners and hired
assassins are "there" because someone pays their services.

Commercialisation of vice shouldn't be blamed on demands simply because it

I feel sad when I see white idiots(men) disgracing and humiliating black people anywhere around the world. I don't blame them though, all blames should go to all our God forsaken leaders. I see no reason why I would want to leave my comfort zone and travel to another man's land if all is well with my home. These ladies may have contravened the rules and regÙlations of Russia but they could have been arrested and deported without humiliation but what do we see, they(whites) would rather treat them like trash - the same way our leaders treats us. I had no new shoes, even when I passed JAMB I had to wear my elder brother's shoe to go to school. we had one black and white tv that you have to physically beat until your hands are sore before it works, and even then it was never clear, had those lines going up and down, recives only one useless channel, etc. yet we didnt steal, or go into prostitution. at some point I was taken to farm somewhere, I was dismissed bc I was a pathetic farmer, I have passed through sh1t, yet I kept my morality.
