This terrible incident happened on Sunday around rukpokwu area, at about 4:30pm... was sitting outside my house, when I saw a veichle on a very deadly speed heading towards a shop, the driver quickly jumped out of the speeding veichle.... the car headed straight to a hairdresser's shop... everything happened in a flash... miraculously the baby and the mother were saved... Not even a scratch!!! I was left in shock...
