I here say must staff of banks are contract staff. there pay is normally cut down by their suppliers. after all banks post jumbo profit at the end of the year.can any one tell me why banks employed contract staff to work for them without being permanented even after serving for somany years.

Staff employment on contract basis is not limited to the banking sector alone. It cuts across all the most visible sectors of the economy i.e Telecom, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing etc.
Moreso, this is the wrong place to post it. Not even Money section, take it to Career. Ka jin?

D contract staff thing isnt right. My friend just got one. D pay is half of wat d reg staff gets, they go thru a 1 wk training & immediately, they are sent out 2 market, with nasty targets. A person can be a contract staff 4 years. I dont blame them ( d banks), if 1 person rejects d offer, a thousand others will accept it.
