WAEC To Cancel Results Of Candidates Implicated In Examination Malpractice by Goldenokey(m): 12:58pm On May 28, 2016 |
The West African Examinations Council, WAEC at the 61st Meeting of the Nigeria Examinations Committee (NEC) of West African Examinations Council (WAEC) approved cancellation of entire results of candidates found guilty of examination malpractice while subject results of those involved in proven cases which attract Cancellation of Subject Results (CSR), be similarly cancelled. This was contained in a communique made available to newsmen after the meeting. It was also learnt that other candidates who are implicated in cases of malpractice will also suffer other sanctions such as being barred from sitting for the Council’s examinations for a certain number of years, while some schools which connive with students to cheat will be de- recognised. However results of candidates of May/June 2015 WASSCE who were exonerated of examination malpractice by the Committee will be released. #TeamMSR Source: www.mymouaugist..com |
