(4-6+9)-(2-6+7)=999-879

eq(1)+eq(4)
(1-3+4)+(2+0+2)=100+120
1-3+4+2+0+2=100+120
3-3+6=220

so the correct ans is 220............ juhan was correct only her working was not comprehensive....

then 6 can still be equal to 3+3

but she's correct...she only needed 6 and she already got d value of 3...in equation 3-3+6, 3-3 is 0 and all she needed was d 6 whifh gave her 220

i just tire for the op. Saying everything is wrong but cant produce the right answer.

The question is illogical in Arithmetic, Mathematics and Quantitative Reasoning. No way integers can be used without variables for that equation to even be remotely possible. Well true mathematicians, over to you.
