Dont mind these HEdiot who says he is a Governor!

Just imagine what it takes to be a Teacher (You have a subject and students you are to teach, you have a school, you have a head of Department, you have a Vice School head and finally a School head. School alos have a Bursar who attends to Salaries and payments)

Now, tell me how almost 2,000 "Ghosts" can pass through all these hurdles and still open bank accounts, do BVN, e.t.c and draw salaries?

The Governor is actually the GHOST in question.
